Occupational Hazard is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Occupational Hazard Gig (Side Quest).

Location: Mox Warehouse on Longshore North
Details:
Got a call from Hal Cantos – guy’s a known quantity in the area, crack BD tuner, used to work for WNS news ‘yil he got axed for fraud. His biz is strictly street now. Like it even matters…
Hal’s got himself in an interesting sich. He was tuning a BD for The Mox and must’ve fucked up, ’cause one of the girls went off the handle when she put on the wreath – started screaming and shooting at everything that moved. Hal managed to find a place to hide, but it’s only a matter of time before she gets him. You’re gonna make sure that doesn’t happen.
Sending you the warehouse coordinates where Hal’s holed up. Again, in case you missed it, there’s an ACTIVE SHOOTER in the building. Go in with your iron at the ready. Eddies’ll reach you only if Hal makes it out alive.
Objectives:
- Enter the Mox warehouse
- Find Hal Cantos
- Neutralize the Cyberpsycho
- Hack into the Moxes’ subnet to weaken the Cyberpsycho (optional)
Starting Location: Occupational Hazard
Gig: Occupational Hazard starts in Watson (Northside).
Enter the Mox warehouse
Head to the location on the map and position yourself in front of the warehouse. The waypoint has the marker on a door in front. If your tech stats are high enough you will be able to walk right into the front door. If it is not high enough head around to the opposite side of the room and you will see a dumpster you can climb on and jump up to the building top.
Once on top head through the door.
Find Hal Cantos
If you entered from below head into the next room and up the stairs into the room with Mox. Be careful not to get too close to doors as the Cyberpsycho will see you.
If you headed into the warehouse through the upper entrance head through the door and you will see Mox holding a wound. You can speak to her, she will give you the optional objective after telling her you need to take down the Cyberpsycho to hack into the Moxes’ subnet to weaken the Cyberpsycho.
Hack into the Moxes’ subnet to weaken the Cyberpsycho (Optional)
After speaking to Mox head outside the door near her. You will be on a balcony above the psycho. Follow the balcony carefully into a room on the opposite side of the area where you will see Bex (also see minimap in top right for reference):
You can hack into Bex to make the encounter with Anna the psycho easier.
Neutralize the Cyberpsycho
Once you have weakened Anna with Bex, simply lock on to her and short circuit her. Get ready to defeat her as she is fast and will come after you. Defeat her and Hal will get out alive.
Find Hal Cantos
Once Anna is defeated head into the warehouse floor and you will see a giant container. You can knock on the front of this container, Hal Cantos will be inside.
Talk to Hal Cantos
Once the door to the container opens you will automatically be talking to Hal. To complete the mission select the option ‘That’s my job, then.’ You will get a call from Regina congratulating you and ending the gig.
