Cyberpunk 2077 has 17 Cyberpsycho Sighting Locations. This guide shows where to find all Cyberpsycho Sightings. Completing all Cyberpsycho Sightings unlocks the I Am The Law trophy or achievement. They also count as Gigs which are needed for all Gigs in each district.
They are a type of Collectibles and also count as Side Quests (Gigs). The Cyberpsychos are minibosses. You go to their yellow side quest markers on the map. Then you get a call from Regina Jones and the Side Quest marker turns into a Gig. You can then track it from the Journal. Complete the Gig and it will lead you to a boss fight against the Cyberpsycho. They will all be filed under the “Gigs” section of the journal, basically your quest log. They also drop good gear and you earn money, XP and Street Cred from defeating them.
Some require a bit of story progress and one can only be found at night. The exact unlock requirements will be pointed out below as well. After the story all yellow side missions will automatically be marked on your map. Do what you find during the story and grab the rest after the story. After the Credits finish rolling, select 
/ 
“One more Gig” to be put back before the Final Mission. Then you can continue in free roam to collect anything you haven’t done previously.
None of the Cyberpsychos are missable. You can still find all of them after the story in free roam. Your story decisions have no impact on them. You can keep track of which ones you’ve already completed via the journal (quest log). It doesn’t matter if you kill (lethal) or incapacitate them (non-lethal). Just their 17 gigs have to be fully finished for the I Am The law trophy / achievement.

Requirement: Must have finished story mission “The Rescue“. Then go to the yellow side job location to get a call about the Cyberpsycho (triggers a Gig quest).

Requirement: Must have finished story mission “Playing for Time” and visit the area after 8PM at night (can skip time via menu). Then you will get a call about this Gig when going close to it.

Location: City Center, Downtown. This one is a bit tricky to reach, it can only be entered from the highway 40 meters west of the side quest icon. Simply mark the side quest on the map and then follow the yellow pathing on the minimap at the top right corner of the screen. It will lead you to a garage entrance via the highway 40 meters to the west.

Silly question. Do these auto pop up on the map like everything else?
Yes, they will be marked as generic Side Missions (yellow icons). When you get closer they are updated to gigs. But they all have symbols on the map by default. At least they did after the story for me. During the story they won’t all be marked right away.

I dont think occupational hazard counted for me.
I knocked her out, and the following dialogue said I’d killed her.
I dont think the game treats KO’d people and dead people any differently.
I knocked some guy out and his son started crying about how I’d killed him.
Really confused.
If it helps, #15 Euralio Alma did not appear for me until I did that Hellman Operarion with Panam out in Rocky Ridge. As soon as that scene in the motel room where you talk to Hellman one on one finished, it appeared for me on the map.
What’s the reward for completing all 17 encounters? I met Regina Jones after finishing this quest and she said “here’s your reward” but I received nothing, no eddies, cybernatics or anything else. I even tries loading the game couple of times but it’s still the same. Plz let me know
The end reward is bugged as many people are reporting. That is of course, if there is a final reward. Remember, you’re paid for every psycho. I think there’s supposed to be one as it’s implied, but I received nothing at the end.

Welp, I did them all. But my game is being weird and not counting the bloody ritual one, and i did it awhile ago. Looks like I’mma have to do it next run.
