Got some paparazzo work for ya. Need to get my hands on a recording of the Maelstrom initiation “ceremony.” TLDR to get into the gang you need undergo an optic nerve split operation – a rite of passage, of sorts. Footage of the whole thing, that’s what I’m paying for.
Got a tip you can find just such a reel at the HeavenMed clinic – it’s the place they put all the new recruits under the knife for the first time. Op rooms are all fitted with cams too. Could be a file, an entire disk, access to the servers – I don’t care. What matters is that footage. Get It Done.

Starting Location: Rite Of Passage
Go To The Maelstrom Ripperdoc Clinic
From the location above, enter the building using the large garage door on the right. Disable the security cameras and distract the enemies as you make your way through.
Go To The Server Room
Once inside, head through the door and up the staircase to the second floor. On the second floor, deal with the collection of guards and make your way to the back corner of the floor, going through the door on your left after you come up the stairs and then taking a right.
Steal The Surgery Recording
Once in the server room, interact with the computer and press 
/ 
to steal the data.
Escape From The Clinic
Exit the building the way you came or use the door in here if you have 5 Technical Ability points. Once outside, the quest will complete.

This is a dead Gig. You get here and there is no provision for stealing. There are only two files on there and NO tape of anything. Don’t waste your time on this.
Works just fine and easy to stealth without going through all of the enemies. Get double jump first, and then head to the back of the building where there are 2 window shutters. There’s only 1 guard and a camera in this room where conveniently is the file you need to download. Remote Open one window, Ping it so you can track the guard. Wait for the guard to move away and double jump and climb into the window. Stealth in and turn off the camera, then knock out the guard. Download the data and then jump out the window to complete it.
