Trevor’s Last Ride is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Trevor’s Last Ride Gig (Side Quest).
Area: Badlands (South)
Quest Giver: Dakota Smith
Requirement: Street Cred 5
Reward: €$5570, 565XP, 1270 Street Cred
Mission Info: There’s a popular saying among the Aldecaldos: “she who lives in the hearts of her loved ones can never truly die.” Trevor Brass might indeed live on in memory, but if he had just kept his butt planted instead of dealing with Wraiths he’d still be just plain alive. I digress. Yesterday, man of mine spotted Trevor’s car at a Wraiths’ nest. The car hasd more holes than it started with and the Wraiths aren’t known for taking prisoners. Trevor’s relatives, as I mentioned, belong to the Aldecaldos. They aren’t out for revenge. They just want to bury their son. Find Trevor’s remains and help his family find peace.
Objectives:
- Go to the Wraiths’ territory
- Find Trevor’s body
- Scan the bodies to find Trevor
- Retrieve the body from the Wraith outpost
- Place Trevor’s body in the trunk
Starting Location: Trevor’s Last Ride
Gig: Trevor’s Last Ride starts in southern Badlands.
Go to the Wraiths’ territory
Follow the waypoint to the Wraiths’ territory. The area you’ll want to search is on the left side of their compound, inside a two story motel.
Find Trevor’s body
On the first floor in the last room you’ll find a bunch of freezers with bodies floating in ice.
Scan the bodies to find Trevor
Technically you should scan the bodies to find Trevor, but he’s in the freezer against the far wall. Usually the body will be floating in the freezer. This time I found it glitched through the side, but I was still able to pick it up.
Retrieve the body from the Wraith outpost
Pick up the body and head for the exit.
Place Trevor’s body in the trunk
Dakota has sent a car for the body. Load him in the trunk and the gig will be closed.

Uh, I deposit the bidy in the trunk, says Job Complete, but Dakota starts complaining that I’m taking too long and then it says Gig Failed. WTF?
If the bug you encounter is the one where it doesn’t switch from “find trevor” to something else (like scan the bodies) then you should try to delete GeneralOptimization.ini from game folder Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc then relaunch game, and do your quest
