Fifth Column is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Fifth Column Gig (Side Quest).
Area: Heywood (The Glen)
Quest Giver: Sebastian ‘Padre” Ibarra
Requirement: Street Cred Level 1
Reward: €$3170 + 678 XP + 1524 Street Cred
Mission Info: Gig Type: Thievery
Objective: Steal data on Javier Alvarado’s embezzlement activity
Location: El Pinche Pollo Restaurant
Details: Its election season so everyone’s got a political stick up their ass. Can’t say I like it but it is good for biz.
Young woman came up to me, claims to be the media. She must be a wizard with words because I’ve never seen a mediajock like her burn so much cash.
She’s fishing for dirt on the mayor’s adviser, Javier Alvarado. Says Alvarado is bezzling public money, padding the Valentino’s pockets.
Proof? Apparently found in the office of El Pinche Pollo, some Valentino-run restaurant. Have a look there. This media seemed confident of her sources.
And you know how this rolls. She fronts the eddies, we don’t ask who she “writes” for.
Objectives:
- Enter the restaurant
- Get inside the office
- Find the incriminating evidence on the mayor’s adviser
- Leave the restaurant
Starting Location: Fifth Column
Gig: Fifth Column starts in Heywood (The Glen).
Enter the restaurant
Head to the marker on the map above and you will get a call from Sebastian right outside the restaurant. Walk right inside the restaurant with no weapons out and you won’t get attacked.
Get inside the office
Head to the left side of the room as soon as you walk in and disable the camera straight ahead and distract the guard using quickhacks on the radio to the right:
Once the guard is up head through the door and up the staircase but there will be another camera at the top of the stairs, disable it and head straight through the door under it into the office and hide directly behind the barrels. Poke out and use the radio to distract the guard:
Find the incriminating evidence on the mayor’s advisor
Once the guard is looking at the radio sneak behind him and disable the camera in the office but then immediately seek safety behind the barrels again while the camera is disabling:
Once the camera is disabled the guard will go sit under the camera facing away from you, you can use the television to distract the guard here:
While the guard is distracted head over to the computer and download the evidence.
Leave the restaurant
As soon as the data is done downloading back up back to behind the barrels for safety until the guard is no longer aware of your presence. Once it is safe exit through the door you came in and head back down the stairs. Open the door back to the lobby but do NOT walk out yet or you will be caught. Instead hack the same radio to distract the guard who is once again sitting next to the door to make it out past him without being caught:
Once he is up and walking towards the radio you can walk right out of the restaurant without anyone saying anything. Once outside Sebastian will call you ending the gig.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT PADRE DOESN’T CALL AFTER LEAVING THE RESTAURANT!

SOLVED:
I reloaded a gamesave from before discovering the mission and triggered padre calling me via buying a car of his. After the call, this time he also called me when I got near the restaurant!

i jumped out the window in the same office as the computer to leave, instead of going down stairs as soon as i jumped padre called

Ok here is waht i did:
walked past the guard cause he knowed jackie whatever
drank with him
he said u can chill
switched off all the cameras
waited the first guard to leave the conversation with his choom
suizided the gurad in the office
uploaded info from pc in this office
jumped out of the window
padre not calling even after reloading for 10 times and also trying different solving like homiciding the whole area
still no padre calling

I’m sure everyone has moved on from this game, but if you go around to the back of the building (you’ll need reinforced tendons) … You can do a quick hack on the person in the office, through the open window.
You could use a quickhack like *suicide (enemies in network will hear the gunshot + know of the death and be alerted to check it out) or *system reset (my favorite. It doesn’t kill them, therefore it doesn’t alert the enemies connected to them).
There is an active camera in the office! Once dude is down, double jump into the window and immediately crouch behind the desk to your right while disabling the camera. You can walk around the office freely and loot rolls of cash, a safe, some weapons etc. If you really want to, hide the guy you took down in the closet(or refrigerator?).
That SAME desk you used for cover has the computer you need to get the data from. Grab it and go right back out the window.
