Cyberpsycho Sighting: Phantom of Night is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Cyberpsycho Sighting: Phantom of Night Gig (Side Quest).
Area: City Center (Corpo Plaza)
Quest Giver: Regina Jones (Fixer)
Requirement: Completed Main Job The Rescue
Reward: 2860 Money, XP, Street Cred
Mission Info: Ghosts? Ghosts don’t exist, V. The dead can tell you that.

Starting Location: Cyberpsycho Sighting: Phantom of Night
Phantom of Night starts at City Center (Corpo Plaza).
Neutralize the threat
You can enter the room with this psycho from the street level, east of the quest marker. Once you enter there will just be the psycho “Norio Akuhara” in this room. Hit him until he disappears. His health will automatically recharge to 100% after he runs away. He uses a Katana (melee attacks). Doing headshots on him, or using melee attacks of your own and dodging behind him are good tactics.
Find the cyberpsycho
After he runs off, follow him. There’s only one way to go. Two smaller enemies are along the way. Then you get into a new boss room with a bunch of lesser enemies. Take out the non-boss enemies first (some well-placed Sniper Headshots will kill them quickly). If you are underleveled this section can be a bit tricky, consider lowering the difficulty to easy if you have trouble.
Neutralize the threat
Take down the psycho once the other enemies are dealt with.
Search the area to collect information
The psycho has a shard on him. Loot it from his body.
If you haven’t already, also backtrack to the crate in the 1st room of the encounter and loot that too (that box can also contain Legendary Mantis Blades).
Side Note – This boss also drops a legendary Katana, be sure to loot that too:

Open the Menu > Scroll over Journal > click the “Messages” Section that appears above Journal > scroll down and click on Regina Jones in message list > select the message that shows “Reply” option and click the blue text to reply. Close the menu to complete the gig.
