Mission Info: It’s time to find out what really revs Claire’s engine, huh? First race of the circuit takes you through the heart of Night City. Back in my time, people who won races like this could count on free drinks for a lifetime. So, y’know… not real long. But still.

Starting Location: The Beast In Me City Center
Head To The City Center Race
Make your way to the location above and head to the bench, just by the road.
Call Claire To Start The Race
Next pull up your phone by holding down: and choosing to call Claire to get the location of the race. You can choose your car or hers. For this race, I recommend choosing yours.
Sit On The Bench And Wait For Claire
Sit on the bench at this location to skip time forward and assemble the racers.
Talk To Claire
Head on over to Claire who is at the waterfront and talk with her to begin the race. Your dialogue choices here don’t matter so choose whatever you like.
Take The Shard
Pick up the shard from Claire’s hand to see the checkpoints on the race.
Get In Your Vehicle
Head on over to your vehicle and get in to begin the race.
Finish The Race
This race is overall not too difficult, with you only needing to watch out for sharp corners, slowing down in your car to take them with ease. The default car you are given is suitable to win the race.
Races are quite easy to finish, as all you have to do is follow the waypoints and hit all the checkpoints, which have a forgiving cone. Try to maintain a balance between speed and safety, slowing down when a lot of racers are by you or if you are taking a corner. If you lose traction, take your foot off the accelerator and readjust yourself.
Stop At The Finish Line
Once you have finished the race and taken a qualifying place, park up by the finish line and get out.
Talk To Claire
Chat with Claire who is standing outside the car to celebrate your success. You can either choose to go back with her or end the mission there. If you choose to go back with her, the mission will end once you arrive at her garage.
