Cyberpunk 2077 Heroes Walkthrough

Heroes is a Side Job in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Heroes Side Quest.

Starting Area: Via call, then it varies based on the choices you made in Main Job “The Heist“.
Quest Giver: Mama Welles
Requirement: Complete Main Job “Playing For Time”, the outcome of this Job changes depending on where you sent Jackie’s body at the end of Main Job “The Heist“. If you sent Jackie to Viktor (Ripperdoc) the quest will be cut short and ends after the 3rd objective to collect the package at V’s apartment (it skips the ofrenda). If you told Delamain to wait or sent Jackie’s body to his family, you will get the full quest with all objectives. Either way you will get this quest, can complete it, and get Jackie’s Motorcycle as a reward!
Reward: Jackie’s Motorcycle (“Jackie’s Arch”)
Mission Info: I don’t usually give advice, but… here it goes. Don’t make the same mistake I made – say goodbye to the people you love. You know what I mean, right`Jackie Welles was your best choom and you don’t find a lot of straight-up peeps like that in NC. Best thing you can is remember them. Oh, and one more thing, if anyone asks, I didn’t just say all that to you. Got it?

• Read the Message from Mama Welles
• Talk to Mama Welles
• Collect the package from Mama Welles (If you sent Jackie’s body to Victor at the end of The Heist)
• Meet Mama Welles at El Coyote Cojo (If you sent Jackie’s body to Mama Welles at the end of The Heist)
• Talk to Mama Welles
• Go to Jackie’s garage
• Talk to Misty
• Open the garage
• Scan and search the garage [Optional]
• Find the key to Jackie’s room
• Open Jackie’s room
• Choose an offering for the ofrenda
• Take part in the ofrenda at El Coyote Cojo
• Talk to Misty [Optional]
• Take part in the ofrenda
• Leave an offering in Jackie’s memory
• Talk to Mama Welles
• Talk to the Valentinos [Optional]
• Talk to Padre [Optional]
• Talk to Viktor [Optional]
• Talk to the bartender [Optional]
• Leave the bar

Read the Message from Mama Welles

After you complete Main Job “Playing for Time” you will have messages on your phone from Mama Welles. Respond to the message, then you can call her on the phone.

Talk to Mama Welles

Talk to Mama Welles on the phone. There are now 2 versions of how this quest will unfold:

• If you sent Jackie to his family, or told Delmain to wait with the car for you in Main Job “The Heist” –> Mama Welles will let you know about a ceremony for Jackie’s passing which you should agree to go to. You will get Jackie’s Motorcycle at the end.
• If you sent Jackie to Viktor (Ripperdoc) in Main Job “The Heist” –> Mama Welles will send a package to your apartment with Jackie’s Motorcycle Keys. The quest will complete immediately after the next objective.

Collect the package from Mama Welles

If you had sent Jackie’s body to Viktor at the end of “The Heist“, you will just go and pick up a package from Mama Welles, which contains the keys to Jackie’s bike, then this job ends here.

Meet Mama Welles at El Coyoite Cojo

If you had sent Jackie’s body to Mama Welles or let Delamain wait with the car for you at the end of “The Heist“, your objective will be to meet Mama Welles at her bar in Heywood and there is more to this job than just getting the keys.

 

Talk to Mama Welles

Inside the bar, sit at the table to talk to Mama Welles.

She lets you know about the ofrenda that she is preparing for Jackie, then she gives you the key to Jackie’s garage and you go there to find an offering for yourself.

Go to Jackie’s garage

Head out the back door of the bar to the alleyway leading to Jackie’s garage.

Talk to Misty

Sitting outside the garage is Misty, who you can sit and talk to before going into the garage.

Open the garage

Once you’re done talking with Misty, interact with the garage door to open it.

Scan and search the garage [Optional]

There are various things in the garage you can scan and have V and Misty comment on, but there are 4 possible items you can select as an offering.

Find the key to Jackie’s room

To get into the other room of the garage where the other potential offerings are, you need to grab the key to the room from on the desk in the back left of the room.

Open Jackie’s room

You can then interact with the door to get into the other room.

Choose an offering for the ofrenda

In the other room you can talk to Misty some more, then find the other two potential items. You can grab all four of these items at once if you want, then decide later which you actually present. The items are:

Bottle of alcohol by the couch in the second room.

Belt from the desk to the left of the computer.

Book on the table to the right of the bike.

Basketball on the floor in the corner.

Take part in the ofrenda at El Coyote Cojo

After taking whichever items you wanted to for the offering, you can go back to the bar.

Talk to Misty [Optional]

On the way out you can convince Misty to come too if you want, which affects some dialogue at the ofrenda if she comes, but it’s all entirely up to you as the outcome overall is the same.

Take part in the ofrenda

Back at the bar, sit on the couch beside Viktor to get started.

Leave an offering in Jackie’s memory

Some others will speak before you, then you can say what words you want then present your offering.

Talk to Mama Welles

After the ofrenda is over, Mama Welles offers you the keys to Jackie’s bike, which you can now keep and use yourself.

Talk to the others [Optional]

After speaking with Mama Welles you will have more optional objectives to speak to the others around the bar if you wish. Everyone is spread around the lower floor, except Padre who is upstairs leaning against the railing looking towards the bar.

Leave the bar

Once you have finished talked with who you want, leave the bar to complete this job.

You get Jackie’s Motorcycle as a reward:

This finishes Heroes side quest job in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77).
