Cyberpunk 2077 Queen of the Highway Walkthrough

Queen of the Highway is a Side Job in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Queen of the Highway Side Quest.

Requirement: Complete Side Job “With a Little Help From My Friends“, wait 24 in-game hours for Panam to call you

Objectives:

• Leave the camp and wait a day until the Basilisk is ready
• Meet with Panam
• Talk to Panam and the veterans
• Get into the Basilisk
• Talk to Panam
• Get the Basilisk in position
• Drive past the wind turbines
• Get the Basilisk into position
• Shoot at the targets [0/5]
• Talk to Panam
• Defeat the Raffen Shiv [0/20]
• Return to the nomad camp
• Meet with Saul
• Talk to Panam
• Follow Panam
• Talk to Panam

Panam Palmer Romance: This is Panam’s 3rd and final Side Job and leads to her romance. She can only be romanced with a male body type (unavailable if you have female body type). The important romance decisions are marked red throughout these walkthroughs.

Starting Location: Queen of the Highway

Leave the camp and wait a day until the Basilisk is ready

After completing the prior job, you will need to leave the area of the Aldecaldos camp and wait 24 in-game hours for them to put together the Basilisk that you stole from Militech.

Meet with Panam

When back at the camp, go meet with Panam and the group.

Talk to Panam and the veterans

Talk with Panam and the others, then they’ll have you get into the Basilisk.

Talk to Panam

Pick the following dialogues (this is what’s been tested for the romance):

• “Anybody get it running earlier?”
• “Nice and cozy in here”

Get the Basilisk in position

After some dialogue, drive the Basilisk to the marked spot.

Drive past the wind turbines

Panam will now direct you to drive around the window turbines to calibrate the controls.

Get the Basilisk into position

Once you have driven around the targets, get to the marked spot.

Shoot at the targets [0/5]

Shoot the marked spots with the Basilisk cannon.

Talk to Panam

IMPORTANT: If you want to engage in a romance with Panam, this is the most important part of it.

• “[Let Panam touch you] Oh yeah. Let’s go.” –> results in Panam Sex Scene. Remember you must play male body type (doesn’t work for females) and you should have made the correct romance choices in her previous quests. If you don’t get the sex scene, refer to Panam Romance Guide to go over the important choices again.

 
 

Defeat the Raffen Shiv [0/20]

After your excursion with Panam, you’ll need to deal with the Raffen that are attacking the camp. They will all be marked for you, so just take out all of them that you see.

Return to the nomad camp

Once all the Raffen Shiv are dealt with, drive to the marked spot to return to camp.

Meet with Saul

Follow Panam over to meet with Saul.

Talk to Panam

Follow Panam to the bar, then interact with her however you want.

V passes out after talking to Panam at the bar, then wakes up at the new camp in a tent. These dialogue options don’t matter for progression or Panam’s romance.

Follow Panam

Follow Panam out of the tent after you wake up. Talk to Mitch and Saul however your want.

Talk to Panam

IMPORTANT: If you are at this point, this is the important dialogue for engaging in the romance option with Panam. If you want her to be a romantic partner, you should pick the following dialogue:

• “Honestly? I dunno.” > This choice isn’t important.
• “[Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me.” > The most important choice.

This finishes Queen of the Highway side quest job in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). You should now also earn the Life of the Road  trophy / achievement.
