Cyberpsycho Sighting: The Wasteland is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Cyberpsycho Sighting: The Wasteland Gig (Side Quest).

Mission Info: Does a cyclone of dust and sand stirred up by a dash cyberpsychosis sound exciting? Then I do have some good news for you.
Objectives:

Starting Location: Cyberpsycho Sighting: The Wasteland
The Wasteland starts in The Borderlands (East).
Use your scanner to find traces of the cyberpsycho
Once you arrive at the location, use your scanner ( 
/ 
) to scan for some blood splatter of the floor. Then it gives you some waypoints to follow through the desert.
Follow the blood trail
Follow the blood trail – it gives you waypoints automatically, follow them.
Neutralize the threat
The blood trail leads to the cyberpsycho (Euralio Alma), a mech type enemy. Be sure to use ranged weapons against this guy and not melee. If you use melee he will very often knock you down with his shield and then bombards you with some powerful shots. Better to keep your distance. Hide behind some object and keep shooting his legs until he’s dead (he doesn’t guard his legs with the shield). If you are underleveled, try lowering the difficulty to easy. Also avoid his charged shots, always hide behind your cover when he shoots.
Search the area to collect information
First you will need to loot the shard found on the psycho’s body.
Then you will need to backtrack to where the blood trail began. In a blue container by the road you find a box. Simply scan it ( / ). That’s the last piece of collectable info you need. But if you already scanned it previously you can skip this step.
Read the shard “Archived Conversation: Shiv4theWin and Raffen_Fever”
Open the Menu > scroll over Journal > click “Shards” section below Journal > scroll down and read the new shards at the bottom of the list. Close the menu when done.
Check your messages from Regina about Cyberpsycho Sighting: The Wasteland
Open the Menu > Scroll over Journal > click the “Messages” Section that appears above Journal > scroll down and click on Regina Jones in message list > select the message that shows “Reply” option and click the blue text to reply. Close the menu to complete the gig.
