The Lord Giveth and Taketh Away is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the The Lord Giveth and Taketh Away Gig (Side Quest).

Objective: Retrieve the Militech car purchased by the nomads

Location: Garage on Russell St.

Details:
A group of nomads decided to run some sidebiz in Night City and bought a stolen Militech SUV from the Valentinos. This happened on my turf, but unfortunately they “forgot” to ask me for help because they didn’t want to cut in a fixer. The Valentinos took the eddies, slammed their heads against the pavement and told them to fuck off.

The nomads just want to get what they paid for – the right way this time, through a fixer. Their rep Dakota called me and I promised her I would help. The SUV ended up in a Valentinos garage in Wellsprings. You need to get it back.

Geting back at the Valentinos isn’t part of the gig – you let me handle it.

Objectives:

• Go to the Valentinos’ auto shop
• Find the SUV
• Enter the SUV
• Escape in the SUV
• Deliver the SUV to the nomads
• Park the SUV in the garage
• Leave the area

Starting Location: The Lord Giveth and Taketh Away

Gig: The Lord Giveth and Taketh Away starts in Heywood (Wellsprings).

Go to the Valentinos’ auto shop

Your goal in this gig is to steal a Militech van from inside a Valentinos garage. The mission info could be read to imply Padre wants you to do this in stealth, but there’s no optional objective for it and the rewards are the same if you just shoot your way in.

Find the SUV

If you did want to do this somewhat stealthy, there are a couple of ways in. From the left side of the building, there is a shutter you can force your way into if you have 14 BODY attribute. Alternatively, if you go to the back of the shop there will be three Valentinos you have to deal with, but then there is an open door you can walk through to get into the garage.

Inside there will be two enemies right in the middle of the area, then the SUV just to the right.

Enter the SUV

When ready to leave you will have to open one of the garage doors in front, then get in the SUV to leave.

Escape in the SUV

Drive the SUV out of the garage to get the new objective for where to take it.

Deliver the SUV to the nomads

Follow the new marker to the location to drop off the SUV.

Park the SUV in the garage

Drive the SUV into the marked garage.

Leave the area

You can talk to the nomad by the door if you want, then leave the area to complete the gig.
