To find Dave Burrito for the Guac is Extra trophy/achievement in Borderlands 4, you must find and destroy 15 hidden Burritos in Dominion City. There are 5 burrito locations per district. Then the door to Dave Burrito opens in Upper Dominion.
The burritos are extremely well hidden and hard to see. They are not marked in any way. You must go near them and shoot them. There’s no tracker available to see which ones you found.
None of these are missable, you can still find all of them after the story in free-roam. Dominion City is reached during Main Mission: 17: The Falling Wall. However, the Fades District is only accessible after Main Mission 18: Means of Ascent, and Upper Dominion is accessible after Main Mission 20: The Timekeeper’s Order.
Video Guide
Dominion – Carcadia District
Carcadia District becomes accessible after Main Mission: 17: The Falling Wall.
Burrito #1
Right next to an ECHO Log collectible behind a bench, on the floor. You can mark the ECHO Log on the map and it will guide you exactly to this location. You have to go up a climbable wall at the northernmost edge of Carcadia District to enter a building, then go to the end of the corridor towards the ECHO Log.
Burrito #2
On the front roof of the “Mosmellow Retreat” house (named map location with blue pin icon). Jump up to the roof, the burrito sits on top of a piece of metal that hangs off the wall on the roof. You can see it when standing on the roof.
Burrito #3
On top of a Kratch nest, at the bottom of the area where the yellow acidic water is. It looks like a type of plant with green hives on it. On the very top of it, inside a green hive is the burrito. You can reach it from the very bottom of the area where the yellow water is and climb the metal platform in front of it.
Burrito #4
This is found on the house in the yellow acidic water. On the north-east corner of the house, near the bottom of the house, on a small balcony with boxes on it. Approach the house from the bottom of the area where the yellow water is. There’s a metal pipe sticking out of the ground. Stand on the metal pipe and jump to up to the corner where the boxes are (one level above the ground). On one of the boxes is the burrito.
Burrito #5
Between a Propaganda Speaker and ECHO Log collectible on the map, in the upstairs area. You will see two NPCs standing and arguing in front of a stall with a green light on it. The burrito is very well hidden behind this stall. You must go around the left of the stall to see it.
Dominion – Terminus District
Burrito #6
Fast travel to the “Food Court” safehouse on the map. From where you spawn, climb the yellow ledge directly above you (exactly above the fast travel station). Then directly in front of you on the right you see a purple neon sign “Whimsy Willies”. Check the right counter in Whimsy Willies food shop to find this on the counter.
Burrito #7
Inside a large building, near the exit that says “Keep Out”, you will find a blue-lit resting area with mattresses on the floor. Behind the mattresses check the toilet in the corner to find the burrito on top of the toilet.
Burrito #8
To the east of a checkpoint, in the laundromat shop with the neon sign “24h Get the Funk Out”. Behind the counter, at one of the washing machines. If you mark the named location “Tempered Manufactorium” (blue map pin) the path will lead you towards the laundromat.
Burrito #9
Fast travel to “Frantic Scrawl”, from there head up the stairs on the left (east). This leads into a tunnel. In the tunnel take the first left path, then take the next right to find a food shop. Burrito is on the top shelf.
Burrito #10
Southwest of “Frantic Scrawl” fast travel point, at a market stall called “Mr. Cucur Bils” which has a lot of pumpkins on the shelves. Look underneath the pumpkin shelf furthest west, on the ground, near the biggest pumpkin.
Dominion – Fades District
Fades District becomes accessible after Main Mission 18: Means of Ascent.
Burrito #11
Fast travel to Zadra’s Lab and go forward through the open area. Check behind the staircase straight ahead. Very close to a “Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos” collectible (just below it). It is below the staircase on a green box.
Burrito #12
In the swamp area at the entrance to a ripper camp, a corpse hangs from the strings above the entrance. The burrito is in the hand of that corpse (the hand facing up).
Burrito #13
North of the swamp, where you can walk on wooden floorboards along the buildings at the edge of the region. There’s an ECHO Log collectible you can mark that’s next to the burrito, follow the waypoint there. From the ECHO Log look east at the next small building, the small storage shack with poison ivy hanging off the sides. Look under the wooden pallet leaned against the side of that poison ivy building. The burrito is there on the floor under the wooden pallet, in a very dark spot, hard to see.
Burrito #14
This is found where an ECHO Log collectible is. Mark the ECHO log on the map and it will guide you there. To the left of the ECHO Log, you will find this in the raised flower bed where a tree is. Hidden under the foliage, hard to see.
Burrito #15
On the roof of a building where a swimming pool is. Next to the swimming pool is a boombox (loudspeaker), behind it on the pallet is the burrito.
Dave the Burrito Location
After shooting all 15 burritos, the door to Dave Burrito opens up. You find it in Upper Dominion, which is unlocked during Main Mission 20: The Timekeeper’s Order. You can return there at any point after the story by fast traveling to the yellow “Upper Dominion” marker in the middle of Dominion City.
Mark the “Vault Symbol” collectible in the north of Upper Dominion, then the location line will guide you to it. To reach it, you must glide to it through a little waterfall. Take the path opposite the Vault Symbol to find the golden Dave Burrito. The Guac is Extra trophy/achievement unlocks when you go near Dave Burrito. There are 6 weapons chests in the room (2 red and 4 white).
Special thanks to Joseba Jartangas for the locations.
