Borderlands 4 PowerDrop Side Mission Walkthrough

PowerDrop is a side mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the PowerDrop Side Quest.

• Starting Location: The Fadefields > The Howl > The Launchpad (inside the underground bunker)
• Quest Giver: Monty
• Unlock Requirement: Finished Main Mission 6: Rush the Gate
• Reward: Money, XP, Eridium
• Quest Description: Buy a power core, drop it into the PowerDrop board, and win!

Objectives:

1. Purchase a power core
2. Throw in power core
3. Claim your prize

Starting Location: PowerDrop

This side mission appears in the underground bunker at The Launchpad faction town, next to the fast travel station. It’s available any time after Main Mission 6: Rush the Gate. Talk to the guy under the neon sign that says “OPEN”.

Purchase a power core

To the left of the quest giver, go halfway down the stairs and interact with the green button to buy a Powercore for $500.

Throw in power core

Pick up the power core and throw it through the top of the yellow-lit gambling machine, through the open slit where the 3 flashing arrows are. Then it falls down, where it lands will determine your reward.

Claim your prize

To the right of the gambling machine where you threw the power core, interact with the reward chest, across from the stairs.

The mission completes as soon as you open the reward chest. Very quick and simple.
