Borderlands 4 Mob Justice Side Mission Walkthrough

Mob Justice is a side mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Mob Justice Side Quest.

• Starting Location: Terminus Range > The Low Leys
• Quest Giver: The Boss
• Unlock Requirement: Available after Side Missions Mob Mentality > Mob Rules > Angry Mob
• Reward: Grenade (Blue or Purple), XP, Money, Eridium, Cosmetic: Head (Criminal Enterprise)
• Quest Description: Problematic ain’t the half of it. But we’ve gotta break into Lictor’s bunker!

Objectives:

1. Take the drive
2. Reach Vile Lictor’s black site
3. Find a way in
4. Enter room
5. Insert drive
6. Have ECHO halt download
7. Grab drive
8. Return to The Boss
9. Place drive
10. Take virus
11. Reach Bruce
12. Connect The Boss to Bruce
13. Enter rift
14. Kill guards
15. Stick with Bruce
16. Kill Vile enemies
17. Inject virus
18. Return to The Boss
19. Take the drive
20. Upload The Boss to Bruce
21. Become The Boss

Starting Location: Mob Justice

To start this side mission speak with The Boss in The Pit, available immediately after completing Angry Mob.

Take the drive

After the Boss’s explanation, pick up the drive from the console on the left.

Reach Vile Lictor’s black site

Head outside and then over to the east to reach the black site. Deal with any enemies on the way in and drop down the shaft into the building.

Find a way in

In the room where you drop down turn around and look underneath the elevator to find a battery to grab with the grapple (when facing the locked door the battery is to the right below the elevator). Take it over to the green console in front of the locked door and insert the battery to continue.

Enter room

After the door opens, enter the room.

Insert drive

Go to the marked spot on the right of the room and interact to insert the drive.

Have ECHO halt download

After the drive is inserted, interact with the computer on the left to have ECHO-4 hack it.

Grab drive

Interact with the drive again to take it back.

Return to The Boss

You can now make your way back to The Pit.

Place drive

Interact with the console on the left to insert the drive.

Take virus

After the two finish talking, pick up the new chip that appears on the left.

Reach Bruce

Head outside and then make your way to the northwest corner of the map to meet up with Bruce at the bunker.

Connect The Boss to Bruce

Hop up where Bruce is and interact with them to connect them to The Boss.

Enter rift

Bruce will walk a short distance then disappear, and a rift will appear for you to grapple to.

Kill guards

When you enter Bruce will already be dealing with enemies, help him clean them up.

Stick with Bruce

Bruce will start progressing through the facility, follow him and deal with any enemies along the way.

Kill Vile enemies

After getting through the first few rooms, you’ll need to deal with waves of Vile enemies.

Inject virus

Once all the enemies are dealt with, go through the door on the lower floor and interact with the computer to inject the virus.

Return to The Boss

You can now make your way back to The Pit once more.

Take the drive

Go to the console on the left one more time to pick up the drive.

Upload The Boss to Bruce

Then interact with Bruce to insert it.

Become The Boss

Go to the back and interact with the mask in the case to complete the mission.

This finishes Mob Justice side mission in Borderlands 4.
