Imminent Jest is a side mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Imminent Jest Side Quest.

Starting Location: Imminent Jest
This starts in the south-west corner of Lopside region and will get marked on the map when going near it. Jump to the rock island and talk to the big psycho there. He’s a funny one and wants you to play a prank on his brother.
Shoot pipe to prank Crankus
The objective takes you 600 meters north in Lopside region. There you find a building at the side of the road “Villa De Cranku”. Shoot the red glowing pipe on the side of that building. Crankus stands below it and seems quite happy about getting a pipe full of green gunk dropped on him.
Talk to Crankus
Talk to Crankus. He too is a prankster and wants you to prank back his brother by turning off his air conditioning.
Sabotage air conditioner
He sends you to his house 400 meters to the north. You have to stand a few meters away from the air conditioning unit and pull it from afar with R3 (PS5) / Right Stick (XB) / V (PC). Then it falls down and causes an accident that burns his brother.
Talk to Crankus
Return to Crankus at the previous location. He is amused about your prank. Then our quest giver Jankus appears too. Oh what could go wrong when pranking two psychos? They turn against you. Kill them. The mission ends right after the fight.
