Starting Location: And Welcome to the Jam
This mission starts on top of a mountain in Tonnage Peel region. Approach the quest marker from the end of the road slightly east. There you can climb the stairs, the wall, and use the grappling points to reach the top. Up top you find a corpse with an ECHO log in its hand, interact with the ECHO log to start the mission (the log doesn’t count towards region collectible progress).
Find parts to finish antenna
You will need to find the two parts “tracking board” and “signal loop”. This is the overarching quest objective. Go to the other two quest markers and it will complete after.
Find tracking board
The tracking board is at the northern waypoint, on top of a little tower. You can glide over to it from the mission start.
Find signal loop
The signal loop is at the southern waypoint. It’s stuck in a long rod. You must walk over the top of the rod, then look down and grab it from the top.
Place tracking board / Place signal loop
Return to the mission start and put both parts in the antenna.
Power up antenna
Press the button on the console next to the dead scientist.
Search sky for visitor
This automatically completes after a few seconds. A man, called “Dunks Watson” will drop down from the sky. Penelope streams will appear to interview the alien man.
Talk to Dunks
After he’s done talking to Penelope, interact with the man. He will teleport away and the mission is done. A weird and quick one.
This finishes And Welcome to the Jam side mission in Borderlands 4.
