Her Own Funeral is a side mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Her Own Funeral Side Quest.
- Starting Location: Carcadia Burn > Ruined Sumplands > Carcadia Faction Town
- Quest Giver: Letter on table
- Unlock Requirement: finished Main Mission 10: Her Flaming Vision
- Reward: XP, Money, Eridium
- Quest Description: Lady Naheli has disappeared. The sooner you find her, the sooner she can get the help she needs.

- Pick up Bolt
- Defeat Naheli
Starting Location: Her Own Funeral
The quest starts by reading a letter on a table. It’s at the entrance of the same room where the vending machines are in Carcadia Burn faction town. It will be there after Main Mission: Her Flaming Vision.
Find Naheli
We must now find 5 ECHO logs that will be marked as objectives and eventually lead us to Naheli.
ECHO Log #1 – The quest marker points you to the west of Carcadia town. Go there and use one of the grappling points at the building to jump to the upper floor. Pick up the ECHO log on the couch.
Listen to the ECHO log, it will take about 2 minutes, you will hear Callis the Ripper Queen and a weeping woman talking. This also counts as 1 of the 21 ECHO log collectibles in this region on the map.
After the log is done playing you get 3 new objective markers to other ECHO logs. You must listen to all of them.
ECHO Log #2 – The first is in Ruined Sumplands. It’s in a destroyed house upstairs.
ECHO Log #3 – The second is in Tonnage Peel, slightly west of The Lowrise safehouse (can fast travel if you unlocked it).
ECHO Log #4 – The third is in Grindstone of the Worthy, on the roof of a little shed.
After the last log is done playing you get a new waypoint in Tonnage Peel. It’s another ECHO log.
ECHO Log #5 – On a bloody rock at the road.
After this the objective changes.
Pick up Bolt
The Bolt is also in Tonnage Peel region, just 100 meters south from the previous log. It’s inside a blood-filled cave.
Turns out Naheli turned herself into a ripper. She will come out of the cave here.
Defeat Naheli
We found her. Time to put her out of her misery. After killing her the quest will be done.
This finishes Her Own Funeral side mission in Borderlands 4.
