Objectives:
- Reach Order camp
- Kill Order guards/Search for experiment evidence (Optional)
- Search for survivors
- Hack console
- Cut power to open cage door 0/3
- Talk to Survivor
Starting Location: A Brother in Need
This starts in the south-east of The Low Leys region, it will get marked on the map when unfogging the area.
Reach Order camp
Head north to the Exclave Repository.
Kill Order guards/Search for experiment evidence (Optional)
For the optional quest head to the Southeastern area and you will see a convoy vehicle. Out of the back is a body hanging out with a quest item on the floor. Collect this before defeating the Order.
Once collected defeat the Order.
Search for survivors
Follow the marker to a building with a yellow barrier. Approach the barrier and speak through it to the prisoner. When you get really close to the yellow barrier there will be a “Talk” prompt while looking at the survivor.
Hack console
Head to the console in front of the yellow barrier and interact with it.
Cut power to open cage door (x3)
Follow the wires to the 3 green generators on rooftops and interact with them to shut them off. You have 30 seconds to do this or else you will need to re-hack the computer and start over:
Talk to Survivor
Head back to the prison cell and speak to Meticulous Wilhelm.
This finishes A Brother in Need side mission in Borderlands 4.

Thank you. The one on the tower was bugged and didn’t have a cable running to it in my game so I couldn’t find it
