- Quest Giver: Lilith
- Unlock Requirement: having finished Main Quest 24: Ultimate Vault Hunter: Big Encore

- Quest Description: Complete Lilith’s Wildcard Mission to become the Ultimate Vault Hunter.

Talk to Lilith
Talk to Lilith at Moxxi’s bar, you can fast travel to it.
She will give you a random Main Quest that you need to complete. The given Main Quest will be a lot harder then it was when you played it for the first time. It will have stronger enemies, more badasses, more enemies that can regenerate health, and other random modifiers.
Complete Wildcard Mission
Now complete the given quest to unlock the Ultimate Vault Hunter mode.
This officially completes the main storyline in Borderlands 4.
