To the Limb It: Couples Therapy is a side mission in Borderlands 4 (BL4). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the To the Limb It: Couples Therapy Side Quest.

- Unlock Requirement: Finished Side Missions Gone Are My Leggies > To the Limb It > To the Limb It: Redux

Starting Location: To the Limb It: Couples Therapy
After completing Side Mission To the Limb It: Redux, this follow-up mission will get marked in the north of Idolator’s Noose. Talk to Topper who sits on a rock.
Kill creatures
A bunch of Manglers will come out of the caves around Topper. Defeat them all.
Search for Leggies with Topper
When the area is safe, Topper will jump down from his rock. Follow him. When he stops you must kill the Manglers on your path. He will stop twice total.
After a few minutes of following Topper, he will find the Leggies at a lake. The two are reunited for the final time.
After a little chat, the quest will complete. This is the end of their questline.
